Carolyn A. Cahill

Carolyn has had immediate success as a real estate agent. You will often find Carolyn working late nights, early mornings and throughout the weekends - whatever works for her customers. She has worked with both buyers and sellers from studio condo’s to multi-million dollar homes. Carolyn’s efforts never go unnoticed as she attributes much of her success to her past clients and continuous referrals.

Daughter of Laura Cahill, Carolyn has grown up around the real estate business and knows the importance of customer service, negotiation skills, and interpersonal relations. Carolyn received her undergraduate degree from Bentley College (Waltham, MA). A management major and psychology minor Carolyn also found time to be a three time All-American in Field Hockey at Bentley. She currently volunteers as an assistant field hockey coach in Chestnut Hill, MA at Boston College. Carolyn currently resides in her hometown of Milton, Ma where she grew up.

Daniel J. Ballantine III

Dan Ballantine has been a loyal assistant to Laura since 2003 and each year he has continued to surpass his previous year in sales. Dan brings true professionalism every day to work. Daniel J. Ballantine III is a graduate of Bentley College. Before joining Laura Cahill’s team Dan analyzed trends, developed financial reports, managed operational expenses and special projects as a financial analyst at State Street Corporation. He worked for the company in Quincy, Mass., Boston, Zurich and Munich, where he exercised his fluent German. Bringing corporate experience, analytical fluency and problem-solving skills to Laura’s team, Dan believes in strong customer service.
